Submit a Paper
The official deadline to submit papers or posters for WIC2009 has now passed.
If you have missed the October 15 deadline but would still like to submit a paper, please contact Xander and Jane at WIC2009@ironsmelting.net, indicating the topic of the proposed paper and the session for which you would like it to be considered. We will then inform you whether you can or cannot submit your paper late. If the reply is positive, please follow the instructions below to submit the abstract.

Abstracts
Abstracts should have a maximum length of 500 words. They should contain a brief description of the paper's topic, how it relates to the core subjects of the conference, a description of the research goals, the techniques used and the results obtained so far, and its interpretations.You can submit a paper (for either a poster or an oral presentation) by filling out the PDF form provided here.
You can:
- directly fill out the fields in the PDF, then send it to us by clicking the submit button at the bottom of the form. (This will open your mailprogram and should have the filled-out form attached automatically).
-- Note: submitting the form using the button at the bottom may not work on all systems, as this depends on the email program you use (and also the version of Acrobat Reader). In that case please use the following method: - directly fill out the fields in the PDF, save it to your desktop using the save buttonat the bottom of the form, and attach it to an email addressed to WIC2009@ironsmelting.net.
