Room Sharing

In order to allow you to lower the expenditure for WIC2009, we will try to help you find someone to share a room. In order to do so, please email WIC2009_hotelshare@ironsmelting.net.

In this email please state clearly:

• whether you have booked a room that you are willing to share ('OFFER'),
• or that you have not booked yet, but are looking to share someone else's room ('SEEK').
• whether you prefer to share with the same gender or do not mind
• your nationality, gender, and date of birth
• whether we can put your request with email address on our website or not (this is the easiest way as other participants can contact you directly, if we have to intermediate communication may take a lot longer)

We will then bring share-offerers and share-seekers in contact with each other., either by placing your offer or seek on our website here, or by emailing you.

Please note that any room-share is a private agreement between participants, and that WIC2009 is not responsible for the nature of the hotel booked, success of the arrangement, or any other aspect of any room share arranged).

Hopefully this will help as many of you as possible to share.
